It felt like a Junior Suite with two nice chairs and a footstool, providing a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, especially from Jennifer, who was always ready to assist us. The location was excellent, offering easy access to downtown Charleston and attractions, making it perfect for my family's exploration. The dining experience was good, though I did accidentally burn my arm with steam from the buffet. Overall, a fabulous experience!
The hotel is in a convenient location in the West Ashley area of Charleston, allowing quick access to the historic downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, making bath time a breeze with both a shower and a tub. However, some noise from the elevator area could be disruptive during the night.
