My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a microwave, fridge, and toiletries. It felt like a Junior Suite with two nice chairs and a footstool, providing a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, especially from Jennifer, who was always ready to assist us. The location was excellent, offering easy access to downtown Charleston and attractions, making it perfect for my family's exploration. The dining experience was good, though I did accidentally burn my arm with steam from the buffet. Overall, a fabulous experience!

The hotel is in a convenient location in the West Ashley area of Charleston, allowing quick access to the historic downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, making bath time a breeze with both a shower and a tub. However, some noise from the elevator area could be disruptive during the night.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the personal touch of being notified about the bar closure for a private party. The fact that the same person who checked us in was also the cook was impressive.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to the historic area of Charleston. Although a bit more than 15 minutes from downtown, the proximity to key attractions is a plus. Rush hour on Savannah Highway can be congested but the area is well-designed for relaxation.
